15 Years Ago, Rodney Parks the President of Parks Outdoor Maintenance, began mowing lawns as a side job, while working at Eli Lilly as a Robotic Technician, to supplement his growing family’s income. His lawn mowing business allowed his wife, Stephanie, who had worked as a Legal Assistant at one of Indianapolis’ top law firms, to stay home and raise their children.

As the Lord blessed the business with more and more customers Rodney and Stephanie began to see that this was the direction the Lord was leading their lives. After 10 years at Eli Lilly, Rodney was able to make the decision to quit and focus on the lawn mowing business full-time.

At first it seemed like a huge leap of faith. But, as Rodney saw that the Lord provided the business and workers a bigger dream began to take shape. He wanted to be able to provide a full list of services for his customers so that they just had one Company to call for all of their outdoor maintenance needs.
